Uniqly Wellness is a holistic clinic that specializes in the work of regenerative health.
Regenerative health is centered around getting to the root cause of symptoms or a disease. Addressing the root cause allows the body to reverse, repair, and regenerate from its current state. This is accomplished through elements including detoxification, herbalism, nutrition and kinesiology.
We are a team of Certified Regenerative Health Practitioners trained in regenerative detox, iridology, herbalism and many other modalities that help assess the body as a whole.
We specialize in overall preventative care, enhancement of every day function, and many other conditions.

Did you know the iris is an extension of the brain with over 28,000 nerve endings. The iris is connected to every organ and tissue of the body by way of the brain and nervous system. The nerve fibers receive impulses through the optic nerve, optic thalami, and spinal cord. It reveals inflammation, where it's located, and in what stage it is manifesting. It reveals body constitution, inherent weaknesses, and different levels of health.

I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems and have spent the last 20 years of my career in various forms of digital information systems management. Today I’m putting a new spin on how I apply this expertise leading high performing teams, transforming organizations, delivering strategic business value, leading and coaching individuals, etc. - taking it out of business enablement and elevating it to LIFE ENABLEMENT. After all, your body is the most important “digitally connected” system in your life.
Alongside this I have a Regenerative Health Practitioner Certification through the Institute of Regenerative Health overseen by the Minnesota Department of Education with thousands of hours of specialized education and clinical training in Regenerative Health, Clinical Herbalism, and Clinical Iridology. The breadth of this education runs deep and wide, including many elements such as the power of mindset, cellular function, the body’s systems, eating right for your body, the nature of dis-ease in your body, regenerative detoxification, herbalism, advanced modalities, applied kinesiology, quantum biology, trauma’s effect on the body, breathwork, reading the body through facial skin and hair analysis, standard and advanced iridology, and bringing it all together under a clinical lens to build thoughtful protocols based on health history and current symptoms. And the education does not stop there. As an alumni member of the Institute of Regenerative Health I have access to the latest and greatest in Regenerative Health from industry leading experts, as well as broad reaching clinical support for the most complex of cases.
I believe we all have a purpose, and my purpose is to lead and serve in a new and profound way combining my people-first values with life experiences that have brought me the ultimate in learning to truly meet people where they are bringing healing, growth, and change to our beautiful world.
