Regenerative health is a practice centered around getting to the root cause of symptoms or a disease. Addressing the root cause allows the body to reverse, repair, and regenerate from its current state. This is accomplished through foundational lifestyle elements and targeted detoxification.
Certified Regenerative Health Practitioners are a community highly trained in regenerative detoxification, iridology, herbalism, and many other modalities that help assess the body as a whole. We specialize in overall preventative care, enhancement of every day function, and many other conditions.
Disease is nothing more than dis-ease. Disease is a lack of ease and flow in the body that has derived from a state of acidosis and lymphatic stagnation.

With a Bachelor's in Management Information Systems and two decades in digital systems management, I've led high-preforming teams, shaped organizational transformation, and delivered strategic value in the business world. Today, I bring that same drive to a new mission -- helping people unlock vibrant health and well-being. I believe our bodies are the ultimate "connected system," and am passionate about translating my experience into ENABLING YOUR LIFE!
As a Certified Regenerative Health Practitioner I have received thousands of hours of advanced training in Regenerative Health, Clinical Herbalism, and Clinical Iridology through the Institute of Regenerative Health, an accredited institution through the Minnesota Department of Education. My education is both deep and wide, including the power of mindset, cellular function, the body’s systems, nutrition designed for your body, regenerative detoxification, herbalism, applied kinesiology, quantum biology, trauma’s effect on the body, breathwork, facial analysis, advanced iridology, and so much more. My approach blends both science and heart. Every protocol I develop is thoughtfully crafted, integrating my knowledge and skills with your health history and present goals for LASTING RESULTS!
